We have had a very exciting makeover during the half term with not one, but two brand new colourful wall designs in our reception area.
The first wall brightens up the entrance with a huge Sacriston Academy logo alongside our five Sacriston star values; be honest, show respect, never give up, always listen and care for others.
The second wall is themed around British values and highlights some of the reasons why Britain is great. As part of this, there is a 'suggestion box' where pupils can post their suggestions. Reception couldn't wait to be the first class to post in the box - see photos below.
This improvement is one of many that have been possible due to funding directed to the school by the North East Learning Trust.
