Caroline currently works for TaskUs as a Director of Client Services. TaskUs are a Business Process Outsource company that help businesses to get the best out of their processes and systems to ensure both employee and customer experience is great. She has worked in this area for 22 years, being both the client and the provider varying from project management, solutions architecture and team management across 3 companies.
