In her role, Andrea has witnessed and been a part of many of the changes within the school over the years.
Andrea has always been passionate about educating, enabling and empowering all pupils in the school setting so that each and every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential and access the curriculum, giving each child the very best enriched and exciting start in life, that they fully deserve.
It is still a very exciting time for Andrea, as she continues to see Sacriston Academy grow and watch as the school undergoes more extensive transformations. Being a member of the Governing Body allows her to work in close partnership with the school to ensure children’s best interests are first and foremost, and that every child has the opportunity, to learn, whilst having fun.
