As Anti-Bullying Week comes to a close, our Year 2 pupils have had a great week discussing ways to spread kindness. The class decided that empathy was an important trait to have - how can we understand others even if we aren't involved?
Over in Year 1, pupils have been thinking about what is meant by bullying. The year group listened to scenarios and concluded whether it was a form of bullying or not. Year 1 also created a 'kind word box' filled with compliments and positive quotes so that everyone can read them and smile.
