Today our Rights Respecting Ambassadors met for the first time, alongside Miss Smith and Ms Inkster, to start the important task of steering us towards becoming a Rights Respecting School.
The Rights Respecting School Award is an initiative run by UNICEF UK, which encourages schools to place the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child at the heart of its ethos and curriculum.
Our enthusiastic group are busy coming up with exciting ways for pupils to learn about rights and have already got their thinking caps on to plan a range of exciting activities for rights respecting.
