Our Reception children have made an exceptional start with their Read, Write Inc phonics scheme. This week the group have been learning the sounds: m,a,s and d.
The children have started to learn words that begin with the sounds, how to say the sounds correctly, and how to write the sounds out.
Our children have astounded our teachers with their perseverance and effort. Each week, our children will bring home flashcards to practise over the weekend which will then be collected in every Thursday to add to their new learned sounds.
