Our careers club members put their culinary skills to the test this week, as they looked at the role of a Chef. The group enjoyed learning about skills needed for the job, such as handling food, hygiene, measuring and using equipment safely.
Our pupils created their very own menu, including ham salad wraps, oreo cakes and custard cream cakes. We were so impressed to see everybody list the ingredients they would need and work out how much time it would take to prepare their food.
Well done everyone. We most definitely have some star bakers in our careers club!
