Ready for Time to Talk day, our pupils wore 'Jarmas for January' as an opportunity to relax, build up good relationships and take the time to just talk and get to know each other. They talked about how to nurture a good mental health, how to spot when you need a hand with a struggle, and who's there to lend an ear!
